At KRASIANA, we want every customer to feel confident they’re receiving exceptional value. If you discover an identical product offered at a lower price by an authorized UK-based retailer, we’re happy to match it — ensuring you always get the best deal when shopping with us.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must all be met:

  • The item must be the same style, size, colour, and specifications.

  • The lower price must come from a legitimate, authorized UK retailer (online or in-store).

  • The product must be available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s listed price.

  • You must submit your request before placing an order, or within 7 days of your KRASIANA purchase.

How to Request a Price Match

If you’d like us to review a lower price, contact us using:

Please provide:

  • A link to the competitor’s product listing or a screenshot of their official advertisement

  • Your KRASIANA order number (if you’ve already purchased)

Our team will verify the details and confirm whether the item qualifies for a price adjustment.

Exclusions

The following situations do not qualify for price matching:

  • Clearance, outlet, or end-of-line sales

  • Used, refurbished, or open-box items

  • Prices requiring vouchers, codes, memberships, loyalty points, or bulk discounts

  • Time-limited flash deals, auctions, marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, etc.)

  • Pricing errors, misprints, or fraudulent listings

  • Unauthorized or unofficial sellers

Refunding the Difference

If your request is approved after your purchase, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
